A School or Centre shall be headed by a person to be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor.

The head of a School or Centre shall be responsible to the

Vice-Chancellor and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.

Conduct of study, jointly, etc., with any University, etc.
