Section 62C

Proof as to countervailing, anti-dumping and safeguard duties payable

Where in any proceedings it is necessary to prove the amount of countervailing duty, anti-dumping duty or safeguard duty payable, the production of a certificate signed by the Director General stating the

amount of duty payable shall be sufficient authority for the court to give judgement for that amount.
