Section 63A

Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
