In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Labuan” means the Island of Labuan and its dependent islands viz.
Rusukan Besar, Rusukan Kechil, Keraman, Burong, Papan and Daat;
“principal customs area” means Malaysia exclusive of Labuan,
Langkawi, Tioman dan Pangkor.
