Section 2

“Member” means a Member of the Administration, a Member of

Parliament, the President and Deputy President of the Senate and the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives;

“Member of the Administration” has the meaning assigned to it in Clause (2) of Article 160 of the Constitution but does not include a Political Secretary;

“Member of Parliament” means a member of the Senate or the

House of Representatives.
