Section 1

Without prejudice to subsection (3), this Act shall apply only to the Federal Territory.

This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint:

Provided that the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into force of this Act for different parts of the Federal

Territory or for different provisions of this Act.
