Section 3

Sections 4, 5, 6 and 14 shall have effect for the year of assessment 1984 and subsequent years of assessment.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 shall come into force on 1 January 1983.

Paragraph 15(a) shall have effect on those cases whose approval for retirement is given on or after 22 October 1982.
