Section 21
(a)
uses any form of lamp or other energy consuming equipment, or uses the energy supplied to him by the
Corporation, in such a manner as to interfere unduly or improperly with the efficient supply of energy to any other person;
(b)
makes any alteration in his installation which endangers public safety or private safety;
(c)
makes any alteration in his installations without the previous approval of the Corporation, which interferes unduly or improperly with the efficient supply of energy to any other person;
(d)
fails to give reasonable facilities for testing or meter reading; or
(e)
interferes with the Corporation’s supply line, meters or seals, the Corporation may discontinue to supply energy to the premises of such consumer so long as the consumer or occupier makes default in respect to any of such matters.
(2)
The Corporation may discontinue to supply electrical energy to any person whose payments for the supply of electrical energy are for the time being in arrears (not being the subject of a bona fide dispute), whether any such payments be due to the Corporation in respect of a supply to the premises in respect of which such supply is demanded or in respect of other premises.

(3)
If any difference arises as to whether the Corporation is entitled under subsection (1) to discontinue to supply energy, that difference shall be determined by the Director General of Electrical
Inspectorate.
