Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 to apply
For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that the provisions of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980
[Act 240] shall apply in respect of the Corporation.
