(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), it shall be the duty of any of the persons in section 24, if he knows or has reason to believe or it has come to his knowledge that any food imported, manufactured, packed, farmed, prepared or sold by him has contravened section 13,
13A or 13B, to recall, remove or withdraw from sale such food from any food premises with immediate effect.
(3)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.
