Section 13

Section 13

Without prejudice to the requirements of any other law, no person shall —

No person shall use any radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed substance or irradiating apparatus for any purpose other than that specified in the licence issued to him in respect of that radioactive material, nuclear material, prescribed substance or irradiating apparatus.
