Section 14

Any person who, in carrying out either of the activities of prospecting or mining or both, encounters, discovers or comes into possession of any radioactive material, nuclear material or prescribed substance shall immediately report such fact to the Board in writing and shall comply with all directions that the Board may give in the matter, being directions not inconsistent with the relevant laws relating to mining.
