Where nuclear incident occurs in the course of carriage within

Malaysia of nuclear material, either in one and the same conveyance or, in the case of storage incidental to carriage, in one and the same nuclear installation, and causes nuclear damage which engages the liability of more than one installation operator, the total liability shall not exceed the amount established under section 59.

Subject to subsection 61(2), in neither of the cases referred to in subsections (1) and (2) shall the liability of any one installation operator exceed the amount established under section 59.
