Certificate to carrier
(2)
The certificate shall state the name and address of the installation operator and the amount, type and duration of the financial security and these particulars shall not be disputed by the person for whom or on whose behalf the certificate was issued.
(3)
The certificate shall also indicate the nuclear material in respect of which the financial security applies and shall include a statement by the appropriate authority that the person designated is an installation operator within the meaning of this Part.
