Section 37
For the purposes of this Act or any applicable written law, the court shall presume that maps, plans or charts purporting to be made by the authority of—
(a)
the Federal Government;
(b)
the Government of any State in Malaysia; or
Exclusive Economic Zone 31
(c)
the Government of a State as defined in section 2 and approved by the Federal Government or the Government of any State in Malaysia for use, were so made and are accurate.
