(2)
Any operator, on which a notice under subsection (1) has been served, shall allow the Director General to have access to all books, accounts, records and other documents as he may require.
(3)
The Director General may, after he has given notice in writing to the operator, from time to time inspect under conditions of secrecy the books, accounts and transactions of any operator and any of its branch offices.
(4)
Where a person fails to comply with any requirement under subsection (1) or (2) or refuses to allow inspection by the Director General under subsection (3), he shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twelve thousand ringgit.
