Section 39

Any person who wilfully refuses to submit the books, accounts and records or to allow the inspection thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term of twelve months or to both and to a daily fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit.
