The Director or any officer authorized to issue entry permits may suspend the right of entry of any of the persons referred to in paragraphs 47(a), (c) and (d)—
(a)
if he has reasonable cause to suspect that there has been a breach of—
(i)
any of the provisions of this Act; or
(ii)
any of the provisions of a licence, minor licence, use permit, entry permit or road permit; or
(b)
if there has been an occurrence of an event or condition or fire or other hazard that may endanger the forest.
