(2)
Every road permit shall be in Form 7.
(3)
The Director may exempt any person or class of persons from subsection (1).
(4)
Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding
*ten thousand ringgit.
(5)
In this section, “motor vehicle” means every description of vehicle propelled by means of mechanism contained within itself and constructed or adapted so as to be capable of being used on roads, and includes a trailer.
