(2)
The Committee shall cause its accounts to be audited annually by the Auditor General.
(3)
As soon as the accounts of the Committee have been audited, but not later than six months after the end of the financial year, the Committee shall cause a copy of the audited statements of accounts to be transmitted to the State Authority together with a copy of any observations made by the Auditor General on the statement or on the accounts of the Committee.
(4)
The Menteri Besar or Chief Minister, as the case may be, shall cause a copy of the statement and observations transmitted to the State Authority under subsection (3) to be laid before the
State Legislative Assembly.
