Section 71
Subject to any rules, the Director may exempt any person from any of the provisions of this Chapter where—
(a)
the conversion plant under the charge or control of such person is situate within or adjacent to the licence area;
(b)
the Director considers it more expedient to measure the forest produce after conversion; or
(c)
the Director is satisfied that such exemption would not cause any loss of royalty or other revenue to the State
Authority.
