Section 19

No person shall be entitled to maintain any action, whether for compensation, damages or otherwise, on account of any act done or any decision taken by or on behalf or on the direction of the

Lembaga, or by any police officer or public officer, under section 12,

17 or 18, and no court shall have any jurisdiction to entertain any such action.
