Section 113

Where any offence against this is committed or suspected to have been committed within the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur or the

Federal Territory of Putrajaya, a traffic warden shall have power to require, whether orally or in writing, any person to supply him any information and any person who fails to supply such information or supplies any information which he has reason to believe to be false shall be guilty of an offence.
