Section 71

The prohibition or restriction under subsection (1) may be subject to the payment of fees and in such a case the order shall specify the fees payable and the manner of collection therefor.

This section shall not apply to any congestion pricing scheme or the subject matter of any order which may be made under section 13 of the Land Public Transport Act 2010.
