Examination of offenders
(2)
Any person referred to in subsection (1) who refuses to be sworn or to answer any question shall be dealt with in the same manner as witnesses so refusing may be dealt with by a court.
(3)
Every person required to give evidence under subsection (1), who in the opinion of the court makes true and full discovery of all things as to which he is examined, shall be entitled to receive a certificate of indemnity under the hand of the presiding officer of the court stating that he has made a true and full discovery of all things as to which he was examined, and such certificate shall be a bar to all legal proceedings against him in respect of all such things as aforesaid.

Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as prohibiting the Public Prosecutor from requiring any person against whom proceedings have been instituted under Part
64
Laws of Malaysia ACT 340
III, to give evidence in any other proceeding under Part III or in any trial in relation to an offence under this Act or a
Scheduled offence.
