Section 40

Without prejudice to subsection (1), where any order has been made, or a decision or judgment given, by any court in any proceedings under this Act, any error or omission in the order, decision or judgment relating to any description of any property or person may at any time be rectified by the court on its own motion or on the application of any party or any person affected by the order, decision or judgment.
