Where the Malaysian authority is satisfied that for the purpose of rendering any assistance to a foreign authority in relation to any drug-related matter, it is necessary, expedient or desirable for a senior police officer to exercise the powers under section 20 for the interception of any communication, he may authorize a senior police officer to exercise the same in the manner in which a senior police officer is empowered to exercise them in relation to any offence or in relation to
