Where any information, statement or evidence has been obtained in Malaysia under this Part, or any movable property, or article has been seized in Malaysia under this

Part, the same shall, if it is directed by the Malaysian authority to be transmitted to the foreign government or foreign authority, be transmitted to it in such manner or mode as the Malaysian authority may direct, or if there is no such direction, in such manner or mode as the authority or officer who obtained or seized the same, or who is otherwise responsible for its transmission, deems appropriate.
