Section 20

Subject to section 22, any person, including a director or officer of a body corporate, who acts in contravention of subsection 14(1)

shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both, and, in the case of a continuing offence, be liable to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues after the first day in respect of which the conviction is recorded; and any machinery, tools, plants, buildings and other properties or things used or intended to be used in the commission of the offence shall be liable to forfeiture.
