(2)
The Authority may at any time and in such manner as it thinks fit—
(a)
vary or revoke any term or condition subject to which an approval under subsection (1) was granted; and
(b)
impose any new term or condition to any such approval.
(3)
An application for approval of the Authority as required in subsection (1) shall be —
(a)
made in such form and shall be accompanied by such documents and information, verified in such manner, as the
Authority may require; and
(b)
accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(4)
The Authority may require an applicant under subsection (3) to furnish it with such other documentation and information as it considers necessary to determine the application.
