(2)
Each cell of a Labuan protected cell company shall have its own distinct name or designation.
(3)
The memorandum or articles of a Labuan protected cell company shall state that it is a Labuan protected cell company.
(4)
A Labuan protected cell company may, in order to comply with subsection (3), alter its memorandum or articles by a special

resolution, and the provisions of this Act relating to alteration of the memorandum or articles shall apply.
(5)
Unless and until a Labuan protected cell company has complied with the provisions of this section, it shall not be deemed to be a Labuan protected cell company for the purposes of this Part.
