The Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1972 [P.U. (A) 289/1972]
shall also apply to the winding up of a Labuan company, subject to such modifications and adaptations as may be necessary, and in particular references to a ‘company’ shall be taken as references to a
Labuan company.

A liquidator appointed under the provisions of this Part shall be an approved liquidator as required by subsection 12(1).
