Section 150

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, on an application in writing, exempt any Labuan company or foreign

Labuan company or any person or class of persons or class of Labuan companies or foreign Labuan companies from any of the provisions of this Act and may, in granting such exemption, impose such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
