Section 151A

A Labuan company incorporated under this Act shall continue to be liable for all fees, licence fees and penalties payable under this Act, including the additional amount specified in subsection 151(2), notwithstanding that the name of the Labuan company has been struck

off the register; and such fees, licence fees and penalties shall have priority over all other claims against the assets of the Labuan company.
