Section 27

Subsection (1) shall not apply in respect of an officer, servant, employee or agent of a Labuan company which has no members who carries on the business of the company after those six months, if the officer, servant, employee or agent does so by virtue of a direction of the Court or under the direction of an approved liquidator appointed in respect of the company.
