(2)
A person shall not, in any deed, prospectus, statement, advertisement or other document relating to any interest, make any reference to an approval of a deed or of a trustee or representative granted under this Division.
(3)
If default is made in complying with this section, the person who is in default commits an offence under this Act.
Penalty: One million ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or both.
