(a)
the names and addresses of the holders;
(b)
the extent of the holding of each holder and, if his interest consists of a specific interest in any property, a description of the property and its location sufficient to identify it;
(c)
the date at which the name of each person was entered in the register as a holder; and
(d)
the date at which any person ceased to be a holder.
(2)
Division 4 of Part V shall, so far as is applicable and with such adaptations as are necessary, apply to and in relation to the register.
(3)
If default is made in complying with this section, the Labuan company and every officer of the company who is in default commits an offence under this Act.
