Section 73
(a)
contravene or fail to comply with this Division; or
(b)
fail to comply with a convenant contained, or deemed to be contained, in any deed that is or at any time has been an approved deed.
Penalty: Imprisonment for three years or ten thousand ringgit or both.
(2)
No person shall be relieved from any liability to any holder of an interest by reason of any contravention of, or failure to comply with, this Division.
(3)
Subsection (1) shall not apply to sections 69, 70, 71 and 72.
