(2)

Notice of the situation of a Labuan company’s registered office shall be given in the prescribed form to the Authority within one month after the date of the company’s incorporation.

(3)

Where a Labuan company has changed its registered office, it shall give notice of such change in the prescribed form to the

Authority within one month of the change.

(4)

A Labuan trust company shall display at its principal office, in a conspicuous position in romanized letters easily legible, the names of the Labuan companies having their registered office at its address.

(5)

If default is made in complying with this section, the company and every officer of the company who is in default commits an offence under this Act.

Penalty: *Fifty thousand ringgit. Default penalty.
