(2)
The expenses incurred under subsection (1) shall, whatever be the amount, be recoverable from the employer in a Civil Court at the suit of the Medical Officer in charge of such hospital, and the certificate of such Medical Officer shall be sufficient prima facie evidence that the amount therein specified is due from the employer:
Provided that not more than thirty days’ expenses in hospital in respect of any employee or dependant shall be recoverable.
(3)
No expenses paid by an employer under subsection (1) shall be recoverable from any employee.
