(2)
Any regulations made under any of the laws repealed in subsection (1) shall continue in force until revoked or replaced by regulations made under this Act.
(3)
The Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient so to do whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or in consequence of the passing of this Act, by order make such modifications to any provision in any regulations in subsection (2) as he may think fit.
