Section 47
Any department of the Federal Government or any State
Government or any other consumer taking or using electricity from any installation shall, if the Commission so requires, provide such means for obviating any risk of damage to such installation by atmospheric electricity as may be directed by the Commission or as may be prescribed by regulations under this Act.
