refuses any authorized officer or police officer not below the rank of Inspector access to any place;

assaults, obstructs, hinders or delays any authorized officer or police officer not below the rank of Inspector in effecting any entry which he is entitled to effect under this Act, or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Act;

refuses to give to any authorized officer or police officer not below the rank of Inspector any information relating to an offence or suspected offence under this Act or any other information which may reasonably be required of him and which he has in his knowledge or power to give;

(ca) refuses to give any officer of the Commission any information which may reasonably be required of him and which he has in his knowledge or power to give relating to any matter under the functions, duties and powers of the Commission under section 4; or

knowingly gives false information, commits an offence and on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
