(2)
The Disciplinary Appeal Committee shall consist of seven members of the Board to be appointed by the Board, one of whom shall be appointed chairman of the Committee.
(3)
The chairman of the Disciplinary Appeal Committee and four other members of the Disciplinary Appeal Committee shall form a quorum at all meetings of the Disciplinary Appeal Committee.
(4)
The Disciplinary Appeal Committee shall have powers to determine the conduct of its proceedings.
(5)
Any officer or servant of the Board who is aggrieved by the decision of the Disciplinary Committee or of any person or committee delegated with powers, functions or duties under subsection 31(5) may appeal against such decision to the Disciplinary Appeal Committee within thirty days from the date of the service of the decision to the last known address of the officer or servant.
(6)
The decision of the Disciplinary Appeal Committee shall be final.
