Section 36
(a)
refuse any Inspector exercising his powers under section 35, access to any premises or part thereof;
(b)
assault, obstruct, hinder or delay such Inspector in effecting any entrance which he is entitled to effect;
(c)
fail to comply with any lawful demands of an Inspector in the execution of his powers, functions and duties under section 35;

(d)
refuse to give to an Inspector any information which may reasonably be required of him;
(e)
fail to produce to, or conceal or attempt to conceal from, an Inspector, any property, book, other document, or article in relation to which the Inspector has reasonable grounds for suspecting that an offence has been or is being committed under this Act; or
(f)
furnish to an Inspector as true, information which he knows or has reason to believe to be false.
(1A)
For the purpose of this section, an Inspector shall include any officer who is vested with the powers of an Inspector.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
