Section 54B
For the purpose of withdrawal under this Act, the date of withdrawal shall be—
(a)
where payment is made by a warrant, the date on which the warrant for such withdrawal is issued; and
(b)
where payment is made in a manner other than by a warrant, the date on which such amount of withdrawal is debited from the account of such member of the Fund.
