Credit return
Notwithstanding section 70C, the Board may, in such manner as the Board may prescribe, return to a member of the Fund who is not a
Malaysian citizen and who was liable to contribute during the period which commenced on 1 August 1998 and ended on 1 August 2001, all the amount standing to the credit of such member.
