(2)
The Council may exercise disciplinary jurisdiction over any registered person—
(a)
whose registration has been obtained by fraud or misrepresentation;
(b)
whose diploma, certificate or other qualification has been withdrawn or cancelled by the university, college or body by which it was conferred;
(c)
who has been convicted by a court in Malaysia or elsewhere of any offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude or who has been sentenced to imprisonment
(whether in itself only, or in addition to or in lieu of a fine)
for a term of more than one year; or
(d)
who was not at the time of his registration entitled to be registered.
