Section 26

For the purpose of satisfying itself that any registered person is incapable, by reason of physical or mental infirmity, of carrying out his duties as an optician or optometrist, the Council shall appoint a

Medical Review Board which shall consist of not less than three medical practitioners to inquire into each case and to make such recommendation as the Board deems proper.

Sections 24 and 25 shall apply to any person whose name has been ordered to be removed from the Register under this section.
