Liability of fugitive criminal to be arrested and returned
Every fugitive criminal shall, subject to the provisions of this
Act, be liable to be arrested and returned, whether the offence in respect of which the return is sought was committed before or after the commencement of this Act, and whether or not a Court in
Malaysia has jurisdiction to try that offence.
